Return and Refund Policy
At Old Village Apothecary, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for items in new or minimally used condition.
- Products must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original form of payment if the return is made within 60 days.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products marked as final sale.
- Items that are heavily used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
Return Process
Contact us at customersupport@oldvillageapothecary.com to request a prepaid return label.
Carefully package the item(s), including your receipt or proof of purchase.
Ship the package using the provided label. Once received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Damaged or defective products may be returned within 90 days, even if used. Please provide photos of the issue to customersupport@oldvillageapothecary.com for further assistance.
